Shipping is usually 1-4 days after the order is placed.

Return Policy

When you shop with us at Beautiful Pets Boutique, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with  your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of the receipt of your order.  We will exchange or refund the full price of the item(s) less a 15% restocking fee and excluding shipping charges.

Please read the return policies attached to each product as we have several different suppliers..  Items cannot be returned without a RMA.

You must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for all returns.  After receiving your RMA number and instructions, please pack the item in it's original packing materials.  All return items must be unused and undamaged.

We appreciate your business and will do all that we can do to make shopping with us a pleasant experience.

If something is damaged by the shipping and delivery company, please contact them first..

Other Policies

We DO NOT charge sales tax on sales except where required by Arizona State Law for residents of Arizona.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Backorder Policy

Back orders are unusual, but if one should occur, you will be notified as soon as possible to let you know when the item will be available and then you can decide if you would like to wait until it is available.

Damaged Goods Policy

If a shipment is damaged by the carrier, please notify them or refuse to accept the item at the time of delivery if it is obviously damaged.

All other damages should be handled thru the RMA procedure.
